To sum our trip up in one word…it was AMAZING!  Captain Chad is very attentive, has a great sense of humor, listens to good music and makes sure that you have a great time while you’re there.  We fished for sheepshead and caught a ton of them that were all good sized.  We didn’t keep any of the fish but would have had a ton if we had decided to.  Whenever we decide to come back to Galveston and go fishing Chad will be the guy that we call every time.

Great experience! Captain was there early with his boat ready to go. Very friendly very patient. Taught us everything and had my beginner son casting like a pro within minutes. Took us to several spots and we caught fish all day long. Several big enough to keep. He even cut and cleaned the fish for us so we could take home the meat. Told us several fun facts about Galveston, about fishing, about history of the island, and made recommendations for our stay on Galveston. He played good music on the boat as well. I would recommend and I am even planning another trip. Something I thought I would never do as this is a little pricey for me, but it is worth it!

We were touch and go with the weather but everything worked in our favor.  Captain Chad went though great pains to keep my two boys engaged and answered their every question.  Anyone who can keep them entertained for an entire trip is top notch in my book. He is friendly and informative.  His trips are good for beginners and seasoned people.  Not only did we catch fish but he also gave interesting facts about the area and pointed out building and ships in the area that had historical backgrounds. All that and we seen a few groups of dolphins and he again took the time to explain their facts to my children. If you are looking for a down to earth laid back person to take you fishing Captain Chad is the charter you need to hook up with.

Had the most amazing time with captain Chad! He was very personable,  funny, and made you feel comfortable.  It’s like we knew each other for years! On top of his mad skills, he educated you as well, and he spent extra time with us and even found us some dolphins frolicking in the bay. If you don’t take this charter,  u r truly missing out on an amazing adventure and fun time. He gives u as much or a little help as u want. Being on a boat with Captain Chad was an experience all on its own and we definitely will do it again. My wife and 2 teenagers went on the morning half day trip.  Chad was great as we caught 5 Black Drums and a number of smaller fish.  Chad has a great knowledge of fishing and the entire Galveston area and is really good at what he does.  He filleted our fish and we took it to the Marina Grill and they cooked it for us at a VERY reasonable price.  We highly recommend Bite Me!
