Started the day at 4 am and took a 2 hour ride to the gulf. Trolled for a few hours, but the fish just were just not biting there, so we packed up and pushed to a new location and attempted again with no luck. After Listening to the radio all day it was clear that all boats were striking out, so Capt TJ tried to salvage the trip with some bottom fishing which proved more fruitful. We wound up catching more fish then most despite the situation. Capt did his very best to be produce results, and if it wasn’t for his experience and knowledge we would have been skunked. Capt. TJ and his first mate were exsteamly nice and helpful, and the boat and equipment are top notch. Even though it wasnt the trip or type of fishing I was hoping for it still proved to be a great experience, good day, and we didn’t go home empty handed! I think it was just early in the season. That’s why it’s called fishing, and not catching!  Thank you Capt. T.J., and I would, and will be booking with Capt T.J. again. We are already talking and planning our next trip.

TJ put us on the fish immediately! From the time we got out there to the time we left we were catching fish! TJ was there to help the newer fisherman the entire time. Very knowledgeable of the area and overall a great captain. He was also very personable and a fun guy to hang out with for 8 hours. When we come back to Charleston next year we will be fishing with TJ once again. Highly recommend fishing with Captain TJ

We went on half day fishing with myself and my three sons. TJ was awesome. We caught a large red snapper, and other red snappers, Red fish, all kinds of Black Sea bass. We caught several other types of fish. It was fun, when you got a bite you never knew what you might have until you pulled it out.

TJ is the real deal.  Killer playlist,  off the chart sound system and the dudes got bean bags for your riding comfort out to the high seas.  We caught over 300 pounds of fish.  Only Captain I will ever use going forward.  And he’s a helleva nice guy.  Thanks again TJ.  You are the fish whisperer 😎

Had a great trip! TJ was a great captain and took awesome care of us. Very nice, fun to be around and a lot of knowledge of the area and what was going on. The other charters were in communication with us frequently and mentioned a few hot spots for fish. Pretty cool experience! Thanks for everything TJ!
