Friendly captain and crew. We hooked 4 yellow fin tuna and landed 3.ย We caught fish but paid for it by getting pretty banged up & sick.ย The boat was too small to be fishing in 6โ to 8โ waves.ย We all lost our breakfast (chum) inspite of taking Dramamine and wearing sea bands. We constantly had to hold on to something so we wouldnโt fall.ย My dad banged his elbow so bad it swelled up like a golf ball. My sister-in-law fell in the cabin and hit her head pretty good.ย When we hooked into the fish, we had to neal down on the deck so we wouldnโt fall down or overboard.ย A chair would have been helpful to real in the fish.ย There was so much yelling & craziness when we hooked into the fish and every one sliding around, it was chaos.ย I have a video of some of the maddness, it actually made us all laugh later.ย I think if the captain had a bigger boat and a more helpful 1st mate, it would make a world of difference.

Great charter and family! They caught one of the biggest stringers of yellow fin tuna out of the 80 plus boats that ventured out into the canyons that day off Ocean City, Maryland. The weather forecast was completely inaccurate with high seas and winds that eventually laid down mid day. Should have caught the big eye tuna that eventually spooled an 80 wide that made off with a $100 spreader bar and 900 yds of mono. Let one of the customers try a gaff shot and he let go of the gaff after he stuck the fish. He stated he did not know they were that powerful. (Same gentleman who wrote this review)ย If we would have put that fish in the boat at that gaff shot we could have began work on the big eye tuna. Lessons learned by all that trip!! Tight Lines! Capt. Mark
