Very Rough Seas after a storm and heavy winds.  He gave us the opportunity to cancel on a “weather day”.  We opted to fish and he gave it his all.  We each got a Spanish and enjoyed fishing backwater once we had our fill of the seas.  Make sure you talk to him.  Fun to chat with and has lived a fascinating life.

I had a blast on board captain shads boat. He was very easy to get along with and on top of that we caught fish. The shark that I caught was my highlight. I promise if you want to have a good laid back time and catch some good fish book Captain Shads coastal charters I know I will be back again next year.

We had a bad day fishing but then again, no one was catching anything but it was still a great day.  Captain Shad went over and beyond trying to find us some fish.  He’s a great storyteller and keeps it fun even if the lines aren’t ripping.  I would definitely head out with the Cap again!

Very friendly and helpful captain. We may not have gotten our big fish we were looking for, but he tried everything he could and then some. We did catch plenty of fish for dinner though! We would absolutely consider going out with him again. Definitely recommend.

It was an awesome trip over all. I really liked how Shad talked with everyone on the trip and we all enjoyed each other’s company. Unfortunately the fish were just not biting today but the experience was worth it regardless! We will definitely book again in the fall.
