We had a fantastic day while out Walleye fishing with Captain Jim. The entire experience from booking to fishing was top notch. Jim was very communicative from the start and flexible with any requests we made. His boat is recently renovated with comfortable seating, great gear and a seamless layout that makes fishing with a group really fun and enjoyable. As for our Captain, Jim was not only patient with us when showing us the ropes, but made the entire trip fun with his sense of humor and great music selections - we could have stayed out there all day! We’ve been on other fishing charters in the area, and this far exceeded the others! Having experienced charter fishing trips all across the US, none have been as memorable as this one fishing with Captain Jim and Sophie. Those two kept us in the fish and rolling with laughter as they meshed seamlessly with our group and it felt like we were fishing with old friends. The boat, equipment and crew were outstanding and two days of fishing just doesn’t seem like enough time. Our group of 6 unanimously agree that Captain Jim and Sophie of Eye Got Ya Charters would be a wonderful choice for anyine looking to experiencing walleye fishing on Lake Erie.
