Having spent the day on the river with Brad, I would never consider booking anyone else. The man is a wizard on the water, he got us on the fish, boat was the best in the water, his instructions were clear and flawless and at the end of the day it was a certainty that my wife and I will be with him again next year. He was kind and patient with my wife’s learning curve and turned her into a lifelong angler, something I spent 20 years trying to accomplish and this man pulled it off in a day. I can not recommend him enough and can’t wait to do it again! Cheers to Brad!

It was a tough day for everyone on the water but. Brad put us on the fish early and gave us both a chance to land one. All the other Captn’s were calling him to find out what he is using. His gear and boat are top notch and the food he prepared was excellent.  Brad gave us a great experience and a very fun day on the water. We are trying to get back up as soon as we can for another one!!

He was great!! It was our first time salmon fishing and Brian was very patient and knowledgeable. Shared his wisdom with us and my daughter caught a big one. Hooked many but unfortunately they snapped our lines several times but enjoyed the thrill of the fight. Definitely would go again and definitely recommend Brian. Thank you for an enjoyable trip!!

Had a great time with captain Brad. We were able to get on some nice fish because of Brads knowledge and he’s also a great teacher. Brad hooked us up with a good lunch as well as the fish we caught. I highly recommend Manistee river fishing company the next time you’re planning a charter fishing trip.

Brad has a 23’ very wide stable boat with comfortable swivel seats.  He knows the river like the back of his hand.  He is a calm gentle man who is a delightful conversationalist.  His equipment is new and sturdy.  He is an expert teacher. I had a marvelous day and look forward to spending another day fishing with him in the future. I’d have had a great day even had we not caught fish.  Since we did it was a bonus!
