We had a fantastic 1/2 day of fishing with Captain Craig, Emerald C fishing. The weather was quite foggy going offshore, but we safely made our way and finally broke out prior to reaching our fishing spot. From the time we dropped our lines until we finished fishing it was non-stop catching. About thirty minutes into our fishing frenzy a pod of three large Dolphins joined in. In spite of their presence, we continued to catch fish right off the bottom. After about two hours our spot cooled off and Craig wasted no time re-positioning us on another red hot spot to continue the frenzy. The Dolphins soon showed back up, so we just fished deeper and kept catching. By the end of the trip we had boated and released 50 and a half Trigger fish and Red Snappers. The half snapper was compliments of a Dolphin. Unfortunately, both species were out of season, or we’d have had a year supply of fresh fish.  We’ve fished all over and this trip was probably the best ever. We caught the most fish, in the shortest time ever, and we were only about 5 miles out, so we didn’t spend a lot of time riding around looking for fish. I highly recommend Craig at Emerald C fishing!
