My son came home for spring break, and I surprised him with this fishing trip. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Malik was extremely professional and patient during our trip. He provided thorough instructions and demonstrated different techniques for us to try. This was one of the most relaxed and fun Fishing trips I’ve ever taken. I will definitely book this trip again.

He tipped us off the night before the trip that there was a possibility of rain, so we brought ponchos. It did rain, but that was when we caught most of the fish! With a laid back atmosphere and plenty of knowledge, Malik made our morning on the lake fun. I asked him to teach me some new techniques, and he happily did. I caught my first fish on a shakey head and learned how to work a top water stick bait. We landed 4 different species of fish, and had a wonderful trip.

We started out 7am hunting for hybrid StripedBass and managed to bring one to hand. We switched up to throwing lures for a while to bag a nice size spotted bass. After we tried some bottom fishing to catch catfish and big shell crackers to end the day. This was a great trip and I really enjoyed teaching them various techniques to catch fish.
