Started the day meeting Captain Eric and Mate Chris. 30 minutes after leaving the dock, Chris has retrieved 8 or 9 conch for us which later turn into ceviche for lunch. Next stop was to catch bait for fishing. The first throw of the cast net by Captain Eric give us plenty of bait for snapper fishing for our beach lunch. With plenty of fish on board, we head to the “real” secret beach for the best grilled lunch on the beach that you can imagine.Our crew was so relaxed, that we decided not to snorkel.

Our foursome has done many trips like this and also have booked many charters. This trip would be hard to beat. Both Eric and Chris were talented, friendly, and personable. The boat and equipment were in excellent condition. Would certainly book this trip again without hesitation.

This is the second trip I have had with Captain Eric and Captain Chris. They are fantastic and take great care of you. The entire experience is so enjoyable from the minute you get on the boat until you are done. The customer service they provide is tremendous. The Beach BBQ is amazing delicious food. We caught our conch and snapper and it tasted incredible.  I will definitely be back with them next time we are in Belize. I would recommend them to everyone!  Worth every penny!

Highly recommend the full day BBQ trip. We started by catch a lot of snapper, then kept some for lunch. Eric and Chris then prepped us lunch at secret beach, an awesome hangout spot. The ceviche and lunch were excellent, as well as the fresh rum punch. Capped the day with a private snorkel with Chris showing us around whole Eric chummed up the water. Chris showed us a lot we hadn’t seen on larger snorkel tours, and knew every species of fish. Upon returning to the boat we had several large rays and sharks, a great experience!

We did the full day snorkeling/fishing/beach BBQ trip with Eric and his mate Chris. Top notch guys. Friendly and accommodating. They made probably the best ceviche I’ve ever had from some conchs that we snorkeled for early in the day. We caught plenty of fish inshore and had some time to do a little more snorkeling while they were preparing the BBQ (which was an absolute feast!). They had plenty of water, sodas for the kids and rum punch for me.. Five stars all the way. I’d definitely book them again if (when) we go back to Ambergris.

Captain Eric and Chris were so great, so fun and so welcoming! we did a full day trip with them (its private for your party which we didnt know, win!) and caught so many fish and dove for conch and snorkeled to top it off had a private lunch on a private beach with their excellent cooking. fresh caught and cooked fish. SO GOOD!!! if your in the fence, let this be your push to book! Thanks Eric and Chris for such a great experience!
