So glad we upgraded to sport fishing (trolling) instead of bottom fishing. The wind was blowing and the ocean was pretty rough but Captain Chris navigated our nautical adventure like a champ. Within the first five minutes of the bait in the water we had a bite and reeled in a Mahi!  Over the next hour and a half we hooked two more (unfortunately the big one for dinner got away) With mission accomplished we’d had enough of getting sprayed by the eight foot swells. We headed to calmer waters and snagged two barracudas then hooked a Tarpon on the way back to the dock. It was so cool watching it flip out of the water and almost land in someone else’s boat before it cut loose. I’d say our first time oceanic fishing was an amazing memory.
