Let’s face it. Captains CANNOT control the tide, the wind or even the weather. To have all three of those variables against us we STILL managed to reel in some fish and have a great experience. In addition to a great angler, AJ is also a conservationist which is awesome to witness (example, he “caught” a plastic baggie floating on the surface right before a sea turtle tried to swallow it).... This is the kind of guy you want to be out on the water with :)

Enjoyable and fun captain. Engaged my 16-year old and had a “banger” playlist going on the boat. Clean boat with great equipment. Super responsive all throughout the trip. Quick to help and laugh and encourage. Knew right where to put us on the fish and how long to stay when the fish weren’t biting to keep the day moving and active. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

For my birthday, I took my guys fishing: my husband and our 2 teen sons. We had a great time. Just a quick 4 hour trip. Fish weren’t biting at first, but Captain AJ found some big ones by the end of the day for us! AJ was great! His boat was in top condition, as well! We will definitely book again!

Captain AJ is awesome!  We were on quality fish all day.  I caught a memorable fish at each spot from nearshore to the docks.  I’ve done several charters all over and hands down had the best fishing and overall experience with Captain AJ.
