Got to go out with my family and look for some big fish.  Unfortunately, we only had one hook up, but it was a fish my daughter will talk about for years to come.  She was able to land an approx. 150# Marlin.  Tough fight but she did it!

This fish was late in the trip.  We had spent the rest of the day trying to find some Tuna or other Marlin’s.  Bonus for the trip was the dolphins we saw and watch as the played in our wake and along side the boat.

Overall we had a good time, just wish we had caught more than one fish…that is life, this trip will still be one for the memories either way.  Crew was awesome, professional,  knowledgeable, courteous and patient.  They tried as hard as they could to try and put us on fish.  Just not the day.

Capt and mates were very friendly and engaging with the kids. Mates were also helpful and sympathetic when someone got seasick.  Did a nice job of orienting everyone to the boat and gave thorough instructions on how to fight a fish which lucky for us came in pretty handy! The crew and Capt worked together seamlessly.

Great trip. Captain Kevin and crew did a great job. We had two strikes, hooked one, 140 lbs. Big one got off. I would recommend Kevin. We talked about his experiences visiting different parts of the world to fish. Gave me some ideas for others places to explore. I would fish with him again the next time in Kona.

Didn’t get a bite all morning but these guys went above and beyond to make it a great trip anyway. Mahalo.

Couldn’t have asked for a better crew, boat, or experience. Took my wife and five year old son out for a four hour trip and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this crew whether you’re going out with the guys or taking the youngins out for their first trip.
