Started out by getting to the dock early, headed out to get some bait fish, good looking mackerel, then headed out to find the bird piles. Everything was laid back in the boat, the first mate made lures while we were trolling about, the captain talked of all their great catches and then we hooked a Mahi Mahi! Capt gave us cooking tips for it, we breaded and fried some and made ceviche with the rest!! It was such a great time!

Me and the boys had an excellent morning of fishing with Captain Kevin Hiney with Ku’uipo Sportfishing. His crew was top notch. They were easy to talk to and very informative about fishing and things to see around the island. We caught a nice Short Billed spearfish and 240lb! Blue Marlin! And missed a few others. We will definitely be back!

AWESOME experience!!  Only 1 in our group was a fisherman, but after today we all want to pick up a rod and reel!.  Captain Kevin and Jason were sssooo down to earth and alot of fun.  It was slow at first, but we so appreciated their diligence to get a catch.  Their skill and experience showed proof and my husband was able to get a approximate 130lbs. blue marlin on the hook.  The boat was very clean and tidy.  We all agreed, whether we caught a fish or not we were satisified with our experience.  This will be a day we will all talk about forever!.  Well worth every dollar spent!!
