First off where I had to answer a yes or no answer to did we catch the species we wanted was a no BUT we caught a limit of Kings ( which were a BLAST )  and we had the privilege to not only to limit on Kings but were taken for bottom fish hunting a grouper. That didn’t work out but we did release some nice snapper that were out of season. EXCELLENT TRIP   Captain JC that took us out was the bomb super nice guy and very helpful with info to help us to get a fantastic trip. A note in closing is that we are experienced fisher people that fish from coast to coast year round. This was a top notch trip. Thanks to you Tim and of course to you Mr. JC.

Had high expectations for my son and myself. The bite was not on and couldn’t find live bait. Only got one sand shark up by the boat just before we had to leave. Kinda disappointing but that’s why they call it fishing not catching.

In November you are almost guaranteed a strike it seems. We caught as many as got off still caught our limit on a half-day. For a while there we couldn’t keep a line in the water with a bait on it for getting stricken at by kingfish.
