Hello Roberto, the morning of the charter we wanted to cancel the charter completely, due to the fact that the boat was having electrical issues which is completely unsafe to take out any clients. but you INSISTED and REFUSED to go back to your hotel. So we then had another option available for you to go on another Vessel , which was only delayed for 30 minutes , preparing last minute to get you guys on the water. You initially agreed to the same price of the vessel as it was mentioned and told beforehand that price would not be reflected on the charter because we still have to prepare everything. It’s not just about the boat, it’s about the crew, bait , supplies, equipment, marina and drinks that were prepared for your trip. It would be nice for you to acknowledge that but clearly you do not. fishing is fishing and we are sorry we couldn’t get you a catch for the already inconvenience that both parties involved had.
