Thank you for booking with us. Unfortunately it was a very rough trip with 3-5ft waves. The fishing is improving since the hurricane which stirred up the ocean. I understand being sick and sleeping the entire trip is not what was expected on your first trip. We were on the fish but everyone was sleeping in the cabin and didn’t want to fish. The ac issue was unexpected during the end of the trip and I apologize . The crew assisted you as much as possible and extra fishing time was giving without the crew being tipped. Offshore fishing is not for everyone. This was a training trip for a new Captain and deckhand and we apologize for the extra help.

Thanks for booking a charter with us. We apologize for any communication issues we may have encountered on the trip. The ac on the boat unfortunately decided to go bad this weekend and was unable to be repaired on Sunday and the guest was told prior to charter leaving dock. On this trip the crew was told that no one has been offshore before. The guest told the captain to find tuna, Dorado, kingfish on a 8 hour charter which does not happen.
The day was beautiful, calm and hot. Guests were vomiting on the walls, floors inside the cabin.  The picture of this mess was created on the trip and is lure bags and leaders,etc.  On the way to the offshore reef the captain trolled lures for kingfish etc for about 40 minutes and the customer said no more trolling and they want to bottom fish only. The captain explained his fishing process and headed to nearby reefs to fish and anchored. Only 2 guests fished and the others just slept mostly and vonitted . Customers did catch cobia ling, shark, ramora,  gafttop, trout, red snapper etc.
One guest became upset that the crew was not catching his fish for him while he was sleeping. Captain explained that they don’t catch the fish for you and that we put you on the fish. This was a hot day with no breeze ,no current and off color water but only 2 persons out of 6 fished. Guest refused to let the captain put them on more fish and troll or try deeper fishing locations. Guest said the boat ride is boring.
The crew assisted the guests as any other fishing guests but a few guests only complained that it was too hot and they shouldn’t of wore long shirts, blue jeans , jackets etc . The guests fished several spots on reefs and was given 2 extra free hours of fishing for no additional cost.
As far as remodeling , the vessel was repowered with electrical and other upgrades in 2019. This vessel is still a 1984.
Unfortunately fishing is not catching and we do take pride and try very hard to make sure the guest will enjoy the trip.

Thank you for booking the 6 hour fishing trip. We apologize for any concerns during the charter.  We were not aware of any issues . We allowed a extra hour of fishing for no extra charge on the 6 hour trip due to travel time.
After recommending trolling and landing fish the crew was told to anchor and bottom fish.
Bottom fishing and drifting has been very slow lately but we tried what the guests wanted and fishing was slow.
The seas started out very calm then two of the guests became sick and never fished.
The water color and weather was   great then a storm blew in with a waterspout.
