Came in from San Antonio for bay fishing as a birthday gift for my grandson. Captain Steve was very patient with the kids and gave them great instruction.  He put us on the fish. We were able to catch several BIG redfish. Having been on numerous charters, I can safely say this has been the best.  If you’re looking for a charter, u can’t go wrong with Tejas Salt Fishing. No time lost with Captain Steve. Fast, fun ride to prime fishing locations. Redfish, trout, lady fish, catfish and black drum caught today. Captain Steve is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly & interacts well with young fishermen.  A+ on equipment and assistance as needed. An excellent experience.  Highly recommend Captain Steve’s fishing trips. We would love to go with him again.

Top notch fishing guide and just a great guy to fish with.  Steve is patience and prepared.  Steve was was on-time,  well prepared and made sure we had everything. On to fishing. The equipment was ready and prepared to catch fish. Boat clean and in great shape.
The fishing was great and we should have more fish in the live well, but the two fishermen were a bit Rusty . We several fish to the boat and they shook the hook. The fish were filet and going on the grill tonight.

Steve is a class act.  He got up extra early to check the radar to confirm the weather would cooperate.  It was a choppy day, but captain Steve still managed to put us on top of some flood fish.  He was determined to find where they were biting.  I look forward to my next trip with Steve.

Being avid fisherman myself I know how Capt. Steve felt when the weather was really bad on the day of our trip. It’s frustrating but there’s nothing he could do about the weather. I felt he did a great job with navigating weather and still was able to catch some fish even tho we had to end our trip a little early.
