Our family (My Parents,Myself, My 2 Sons 19&9) went on a sunset trip and had an awesome time! We almost immediately were seeing a dolphin pod in the sound then we moved onto a nice spot you could see the bodie island lighthouse in the distance and moon rising one way and the sun setting too. The guys fished and caught spotted seatrout and red drum. Ryan was our Captain he was great My kids had a blast fishing my 9 yr old will remember this trip until the end of all time after catching the red drum! Ryan made sure we were not just fishing but catching - the sunset was great and we all really enjoyed this and would 100% do it again

We booked WayMaker charters based on the reviews and glad we did. Captain Lewis was very friendly and outgoing. He was open to whatever we wanted to do. We asked if we could maybe see a few dolphins and then fish and he didn’t disappoint. Spent almost an hour watching a large pod of dolphins with a little one swim around the boat. Amazing creatures to watch. Then on to a fishing spot where in five minutes we pulled a 26” red drum in. Sadly we didn’t get any more fish, tried one other spot along the way, but we were happy just to be out on the water. We highly recommend Captain Lewis and will be looking to see him again next year. This fishing trip came because my children’s spring break was early so I decided to take my son to go fishing the captain of boat was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area even though that was very cold outside and I had booked us I was the first booking of the year. The trip Never Last was still awesome not knowing if we were going to be able to catch fish or not because it was so early we were still able to go to the captain’s sweet honey hole and get three catfishes. The experience was awesome and it was a memory that was something that will hold with me and my son to the day I die I give a big hug to the captain for an awesome trip and two-way makers for the way that they were so professional and yet friendly and made it easy for me and my son to fish. I highly suggest anyone from someone who has no clue what they’re doing to the expert fisherman so please check this company out there very personal family-owned and I think that’s the way it should always be done support local businesses and keep it going thank you so much to the captain and crew for all what you guys did the trip was outstanding five stars across the board if I could have given 10 I would have any day of the week

We had an amazing experience on the fishing trip with Captain Lewis. Captain Lewis knew exactly where to go and we caught 21 whiting (and a few other catch and release fish). We also saw a bunch of dolphins as a bonus! He is super knowledgeable about fishing in the area and an all-round nice guy to spend a few hours with on the water. Megan, his wife, was also very helpful regarding booking, rescheduling (due to bad weather) and payment. Would definitely recommend and go again if given the opportunity! Thank you both!
