We booked a 3 hour fishing trip in Las Terranas with Eugenio. I had let my 10 year old son know we might not catch anything but he caught at least 6 fish, and my 8-yr old daughter reeled in 3 or so. What an incredible adventure this was! Eugene was great at communication and accommodated our desire to have 8 fishermen for all day. He split us in two boats which is perfect because then we could have 4 poles in the water on each boat. They picked us up from the beach house we were staying in in Las Terrenas and dropped us off there. They had food and drinks provided. We caught many fish including one Mahi. It was a good experience. We cach a machi machi and some other small fish, but there are chances for catching big fishes. We kept the machi machi and the over recomand us a restaurant nearby where we could cook the fish. We had such a good fille and cevice. The issue is that the crew is not very interactive. It was a little boring at one moment. Another issue is the price. 450 usd is to much for this. But on that side of the island all the prices are higher than normal

It was an amazing experience. However as a first time fisher, i was disappointed not catching any fish. I rhink there should be a warning not to have your expectations too high. Besides that crew was great. Would totally recommend.
