Capt. Ozzy was professional, personal, and knows the waters around Topsail like the back of his hand. He took the time to explain each of the waterways, rigs, and what fish we were going after. He spent extra time with above and beyond what was required in order to give us the best experience possible. Highly recommend Marker 23 and Capt. Ozzy.

Absolutely awesome trip on the water with Captain Ozzy. He did a fantastic job putting us in fish and keeping us where the action was steady all day. Very knowledgeable and humble. Definitely just like going on a fishing trip with a longtime buddy that loves what he’s doing and loves seeing everyone on board catch fish and have a good time!

Awesome at communicating and setting up prior to arrival. Worked the area hard. 🎣 Great with family. Shared a lot of knowledge- fishing and navigation. In spite of extreme high winds and less than ideal weather conditions Captain Anthony “Ozzie” found fish for myself and wife to have a great experience on the water fishing techniques we had never tried all the while teaching and advising on how/where to find tackle for ourselves to float fish for REDs

Our trip with Captain Ozzy was a lot of fun. The fish weren’t biting but not much Ozzy could do about. He worked hard trying to put us on them. The boat was nice as was the equipment. Really, he couldn’t have been a better captain. We had great conversation the entire time about fishing and about life. We would definitely go back out with Ozzy again, no question.
