We booked a trip with a 2021 boat for a 4 hour long trip. Two days before our booked trip, we received a phone call saying that our captain was unavailable and we were being reassigned to another captain. We said okay.  Arrived at the place we were to check in and it was not a professional atmosphere. A girl employee was talking loudly and eating and the stand, cussing and obnoxiously. Then she was walking round rubbing her belly and showing everyone saying she was too full.  We waited for our captain and followed them to the boat.  We went to the first spot and caught a flounder but mostly fought the oysters on the bottom. Went to a few other spots to find fish. They were attentive and told us where to cast which was helpful. Caught a few more fish. Most of the time the captain and the helper would talk to each other or tell stories about previous guest which made me a little uncomfortable as I knew if anything went wrong we would become a story they would tell to the next guests. The ad said drinks and snacks would be provided on the original booking and when they switched us to another boat it said you had to bring your own. We brought our own drinks but don’t say it’s included and then it’s not included.  The boat they put us on had issues with the Trolley motor it kept shorting out. There was also a mention that a fish finder would be used to help find fish. It wasn’t used. If that wasn’t enough the boat engine died and had to be pulled back into the dock area.  The owner was on the boat that was pulling us in and didn’t say a word to us or apologize. He just walked away.  Not the best experience by far.
