Capt. Randy and mates Javier and Max were awesome. We have had bill fishing on our bucket list for a long time and wanted to give it a run while in Costa Rica. We caught 5-6 grouper for dinner right off the bat and spent the rest of the time trolling for bill fish. Javier/Max were constantly changing baits and keeping any eye out for any billfish.
