I just want to say that you cant have your hope to hight because you will be very desapointed, but with that said nobody can be in control of the weather or if you will have a catch or not, in my case it was not even ร bite! Altought the crue was very nice it was not such ร great expรฉrience for me for the price i paid.
Sorry John if you felt disappointed for the only 3 little tunas , sometimes could be bad fishing , but as they say better a bad day fishing than a great day at work . As I explained here is not the best spot in the Caribbean it is what it is and we did have very good days and big catches , yesterday was not a good one , hope you ย Enjoy the rest of your stay. We had a great time on the water with captain Francis and his mate. They were very professional and cordial.
Basically, 5 hours of riding around the beautiful, yet very wavy, bayโฆ. watching 3 lines troll through the water.ย Apparently a couple of missed bites on the lines.ย The Captain and Skipper were pleasant enough.ย I guess I was misinformed (probably my fault) how this experience was to work.ย If something bites, they hook the fish on and I get to reel it in.ย Never touched the pole, baited a hook, or participated at all.ย My husband got to hold the rod and reel when the line got tangled - twice.ย A VERY expensive ride around the bay- and the return trip in on rough water was not what I expected at all- I do have a black eye to show for it!ย Get banged around on the waves enough and sometimes bruises appear!
Be aware that you are really not fishing at all..

Im sorry your first time fishing wasnt good. We have 5 bites on the rods, didnt hook anyone , but that is fishing not graving fish. yes sometimes lines tangle, but we did everything we know to get some action. just a bad day fishing , all the time we asked if everything was good and didnt complain at all! Really dont get this review as a good thing,Black eye?? well strange review. You lookedhappy that day, also you shouldnt gave us any tip if you werent happy, but you did. You know we did everything good, just sad about this comment that pull down my statistics and future bookings, so really dont understand what is this review, And yes you should ask that we were doing trolling for mahi-mahi, and yes you dont touch the rod until they bite, is like that.
