The conditions weren’t good, but overall the day was a success as far as catching fish. We got 4 sailfish and a bonito on the hook, and it was choppy as all heck. Capt Tom kept us in the fight and we saw plenty of action. If you’re into sportfishing, I’d recommend Captain Tom anytime.

Captain Tom gets it done.  While it’s true that you can’t guarantee catching fish…your chances improve tremendously when you have experience at the helm.  Four black fin tuna, two mahi, one kingfish, one barracuda, and to top it all off…a sailfish with a fight as the final catch of the 3/4 day.  Three delicious meals later and memories of a lifetime for me and my son, we’re thankful for all Capn Tom did to make it an incredible day.

Capt Tom had us fishing within 10 minutes. It didn’t take long maybe another 5 minutes and 1st mahi mahi on the boat. That continued for the next 2 hours. It was catching not fishing. We caught a total of 27 mahi mahi in 2 hours. 12 keepers. I asked for some tuna since we had enough mahi. The tuna eluded us. Capt Tom did everything he could to find the tuna. It wasn’t meant to be. Capt Tom is an amazing Capt and we’ll worth the money

Had an amazing day on the water with Capt Tom and his son Thomas!  Caught lots of fish and also a fish of a lifetime!!!  Capt Tom is very knowledgeable of the area and does everything he can to make sure your trip is a trip to remember.  I caught a Goliath Grouper of a lifetime.  I would definitely recommend Capt Tom to anyone that is looking to have an awesome day on the water.  We will definitely be booking another trip with Captain Tom!

My 4 kids +1 and I had a great trip with Captain Tom. Tom is very competent and thoughtful and I would highly recommend taking your family out with him. He is a native of the area and very knowledgeable of the surroundings. The boat is a good size for a small private group, which is what we preferred.

The weather was rainy to start and he provided very nice raincoats since we weren’t prepared for that.  The water was choppy and a couple members of the group suffered sea sickness and since we were fairly close to the inlet, Capt Tom offered to run us over to drop them off so the rest of us could enjoy the remainder of the trip. The fish were pretty stingy, but we managed to catch a beautiful king mackerel that fed us a delicious meal with enough left over for a second meal.
