Excellent teacher. Explained and demonstrated the technique. I was able to catch a lot of fish by myself and learned a lot.
Being on a boat gives a different and much better perspective on the river.

Disclaimer, my rating of the trip is based solely on the outcome of the trip. Which is, did we catch any fish and how many bites did we get. We caught 0 fish and had only 1 bite during the 6 hour trip. The captain is a nice guy and I hate to give him such a low rating but, I most certainly would not pay the price of the trip to not catch any salmon again. Since we didn’t catch anything it was hard to have any kind of fun since that was the whole point of the trip. This was the first time me and a buddy got a fishing guide and we are in agreement that we will most likely not get another fishing guide again. Also, we asked the captain multiple time to finish paying for the trip and he kept saying, “hold on”. This delayed us from leaving by another half hour, since he wanted to pack and organize his boat before he was ready to take our money for the trip. Which I personally believe was ridiculous.
