Thanks for your comment and for listing some different points that your have experienced with us.
We are certain that the main and best way to learn and to improve is by making errors.
However, I would like to kindly revert back to your four “unsatisfied” comments:

> FOOD:
In the confirmation email that you received from Fishing Booker, it is clearly precise that the Food is for an Additional Cost of Rs 600/Person and NOT included in the price.
That is the reason why there was no food onboard. :-).

> WATER:
Our cooler box was full of water (1.5 Lts Bottles).
We gave you one 1.5 Lts Bottle of water to share with your two Childs. Which I am sure there is nothing wrong with that.
You paid for the Boat, Equipment’s and Drinks so if you guys were still thirsty or wanted one bottle per person, you could just have asked for another bottle(s).
But we now think of having smaller size water bottles in our cooler box. It could be a better idea.

> FISH:
Just as info, we are one amongst only a few boats that give for free some Fish to our guests! :-).
True, there was no plastic bag onboard!
Most of our clients, as they know that they will be able to bring back home some fishes or fillets (depending on what they prefer), they come onboard with a bag.
But you wright, our Fish Bags should have been restock.

> CREDIT CARD:
Since 4 years now, our clients are paying by Credit Card, so it is 100% possible.
You guys came back at 18h30 which is after our Fishing Shop closed (18h) so that is the reason why it was unfortunately not possible to pay by Credit Card.
When the Fish is active (specially in winter), we most of the time (not to say every time) offer to our guests (for free) more time so that they keep enjoying the Fishing.
We apologise for that, we didn’t thought it would have been a negative point.
We will make sure to update/add some info on Fishing Booker website and to communicate this info onboard to avoid this Credit Card payment issue in the future.

Make sure that we have taken your points into consideration and that necessary will be done.
