Armando is an exceedingly considerate guide, very knowledgeable of the fishing area and a genuine pleasure to be around for our two full days aboard.  His boat is perfect to access just about any fishery and Armando works hard to ensure that every angler is successful.  No hook is left unbaited and no tangle is frowned upon.  :)  Thanks Armando.  See you next time!

Capt. Armonda with A2 Charters is the one to hire for light tackle in the ENP! He knows the water, weather, and her secret spots.  The boat is a well-set-up fishing machine and we covered miles of water, targeted several species. Our day on A2 was a perfect combination of why you hire an experienced captain when you visit a place like the Florida Keys. We caught game fish not available at home, saw natural wonders of the ENP, and went home with dinner. If in Key Largo, call A2 Charter.

Took shot in the dark not knowing any guides and hit jackpot.. Traveled from the Midwest a birthday fishing trip for our son’s birthday.  Caught a bunch of different species as well as a ton of fish.  Captain Armando, was very knowledge and just made sure we all had a great day..  Will definitely see him again.

Fantastic trip with a great guide. Capt. Armando took 3 of us to Flamingo Everglades. I caught a 3-lb snook on first cast—and 3 more in next 6 minutes.

Plus over a dozen other snook, grunts, ladyfish. A blackfin shark too. And a keeper redfish we ate for lunch next day.

More important than the catching is the whole social experience. Capt. A was industrious and a good talker, eager to help. Knowledgeable about the area—his fishing sport for >20 years.

Even on our trip back to dock when he should have been in a hurry, he stopped to have us cast for the elusive Three-tail, willing to take extra time. Caught a couple, too small to keep & eat. Next time!

Four of us went for a 1/2 day (4 hr) fishing trip with Captain Armando and had the best day! He gave clear instructions on preparation and where to meet, and took us to a part of the Everglades National Park that we would have never discovered on our own. He’s a patient and skilled teacher, and since some of us were beginners, having his fishing guidance was incredibly helpful. For those more experienced, you’ll have an equally great time. Captain Armando shares things he’s learned from his 30+ years of fishing in the Everglades, and knows the best fishing spots to go to.
He was a great addition to our group — a lot of fun :)  and very humble. He started the trip by asking us what we were hoping to get out of the day and he fully delivered!
At the end of the day, he filleted the (many!!) fish we caught making it easy for us to throw them on the grill when we got home.

I’ll be recommending him to my friends and family!
