Overall we’d give Tom 5 stars, very friendly/nice captain even picked us up from our dock at our condo (very convenient) and dropped us back off.  While the overall fishing experience wasn’t the best, it wasn’t due to lack of him trying.  We had several lines, including 2 on a kite out, but really didn’t catch anything.  Towards the end, we did catch a Barracuda while trolling which made for a little excitement, but we certainly understand that fishing conditions aren’t something Tom, or any other capt. can control.  Overall, not what we wanted to happen, but nonetheless still a good experience, Tom even stayed out past our (11 o’clock) timeframe to try and ensure we came home with something.

Capt. Tom provided a great experience. We did a full day followed by a half and our catch included a sail fish (65 inch), large king (approx 30 lb), large shark (approx. 200 lb) and more. Tom took us up and down the coast and we were pulling in fish while a bunch of other folks on the charter radio channel were not having any luck. Even when things slowed down, Tom went above and beyond moving to different spots and trying different techniques to ensure we had the best chance to pull in a fish. I would recommend his services to all, and we’ll definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Tom!
