We had a delightful day fishing for striper bass with our guide Rick! His pontoon is equipped with great tackle and navigation. It was fun trolling with umbrella lures, and later dropping frozen anchovie bait. We caught a couple nice sized stripers and an assortment of medium and small ones. Just a relaxing, fun day with interesting and informative conversation with Rick. It was a perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday! We definitely hope to fish with Rick again, and highly recommend him to fishing enthusiasts of all abilities and ages!

I was honestly impressed with Rick. He was very accommodating to me and my boyfriend’s vastly different skill levels. I’d never done this sort of fishing before, and I felt like he provided a great amount of information to get me started. The boat and equipment were clean and already rigged, and he quickly tied a new setup as needed. Rick was incredibly personable and made good conversation during the trip. I highly recommend his guided trip, definitely worth it!

Captain Rick’s familiarity with the lake was clear and he kept putting us on the fish, not afraid to change tactics based on how the fish were responding. Great trip.
