Great time yesterday with Capt Shad on our Near Shore fishing trip. We didn’t have many bites on our lines with the rough seas and low sea temps but had a great experience for our first time out. Capt is knowledgeable and did his best to find us some fish. We caught about 5-7 small sized Spanish mackerel. Will try again when weather warms up and hopefully with calmer seas. This trip was for our dad who just turned 80 in February, was on his bucket list and he was so happy for his 3 boys... More

My husband and I were down visiting the area for my birthday and a family trip, so we decided we wanted to do a fishing charter. We got SO lucky to have found Captain Shad! We had so much fun with him, trying all the different areas and all of the different set ups he had. Unfortunately, my husband won (for only the 3rd time ever) in our little fishing contest, but that was only because Captain Shad put him in the right place. 😊 we would highly recommend and come back for Captain Shad’s charters!...
