We had such a great time today on the boat. We did find some nice fish; butterfly ray, a rare grouper, barracudas and other smaller species. We wanted to “mix it up” and try for different species and then try for Amberjacks as well. Unfortunately we had only one Amberjack that tried to get our live bait, but it was not hooked. All the teams we have fished with in Tenerife are friendly and want the best for you, but these guys are next level. A great boat is only as good as it’s crew and Skipper/Owner Adrian and top fish-guru Luben made it a day to remember. All the family caught a different fish which made for less talk whose was bigger later! Wahoo, barracuda, amberjack and Mahi Mahi were all on the list. What a fantastic days fishing. In a time where other boats were catching limited fish Adrian and his crew managed to muster up some bait fish which went on to 3 large Amberjacks. After this quietened down we caught a Wahoo on the lure and then lost 2-3 more. Great day great company Adrian and Ruben were really good.

One afternoon, one catch (50+ kilo amberjack - that is what we wanted), great crew, knowledgeable captain,  beautiful weather.  What else can you ask for ?  Overall, a lovely day out with the family that everyone enjoyed.  Top marks to Rodfather’s for their adaptability and professionalism.

Superbe journée (6h) passée en compagnie d’Adrian et son assistant. Ils sont sympathiques, vous mettent à l’aise, et ne vous mettent pas la pression. Et le plus important, ce sont de vrais professionnels et connaisseurs de la pêche. J’ai ainsi capturé 3 belles sérioles (Amberjack), ainsi que quelques barracudas, que nous avons utilisé comme appât, afin de pêcher les grosses sérioles (35 et 45kgs). Je recommande et y retournerai sans hésiter. Bart
