Had an amazing 6-hour ocean fishing trip with Captain Nelson. Our trip started with nearshore trolling and concluded with bottom fishing offshore - both experiences were excellent. Nelson’s extensive knowledge of the local waters and his friendly nature truly enhanced the trip. We had a great time and great conversation with Nelson. He sure does know where to put you to catch some fish! We ended up seeing a huge sea turtle. Definitely would recommend him to others and even go out with him again! Thank you, Sir, for a trip of a lifetime. We had a great time.

Captain Nelson is awesome!!! My family and went bottom fishing for the first time and we had a great time. My wife got sea sick but the captain made sure she was okay and gave her tips on how to combat sea sickness. We caught good ones but unfortunately couldn’t keep them since they were out of season. Captain Nelson was very informative and helpful with the whole trip. We’ll be booking again in the very near future with Black Dog charters.
