I am glad your son liked the tackle I gave him. Sorry the trip did not produce what we were hoping. That can be fishing. Sometimes the fish are shut down and not eating. They don’t eat all the time. Sometimes they are just at rest waiting for tide or bait . I think we would of did better with more time. As you know we had to cut the trip a little short for reasons out of my control. I would of extended the trip as long as necessary to catch more. But shirt time can be your enemy with fishing.

So, first off let me first say that Chip had us out there for just about 6 hours; it was a scheduled 4 hour trip. So I decided to take my 10 year old son deep sea fishing.
