Had only one day to try for a “bucket list” sturgeon. Had a good sized one (7-8’) take the bait & rocket to the surface, unfortunately he broke off when he pancaked on the surface. Other than that it was tough fishing. Landed one little untagged 3’ which was cool to see and to watch the tagging / documenting procedure. I can’t wait to come back and try again!
