One of the best times I have had on a fishing trip
Amazing morning half day trip with Captain Steve and Jason.ย Hit the 118lb ahi within 40 minutes.ย Finished the trip with a short billed spearfish.ย Captain and crew were friendly, helpful, and all around awesome.ย Thanks for making this special memory for our family!
I completely understand that fish sometimes donโt bite. I grew up in a family of guides and have been on many fishing trips. We booked a half day trip and the guides were nice and it looked like they had nice equipment. We loaded the boat and trolled for 4 hours without seeing anything. It felt rushed at the end as they had another trip right after ours. Our once in a life time fishing trip was a huge let down
Hope you had a good time and enjoyed the calm water off Kona.ย Always have a chance at a big fish here and thatโs why the charter boats offer a half day trips in Kona.ย But a half day is honestly half the chance.ย Plus itโs tuff on a 4 hour charter if the fish are not in front of the harbor.
Awesome time . The crew was great.ย They put us on fish. Had two big fish on. Great experience. Would definately recommend.
