My family and me had a four hour morning ride with Thomas. We hadn’t the best boating conditions, but Thomas gave his best. After all everybody caught one kingfish. That my wife caught a 60+ pounder was definitely our highlight. My two nephews are still talking about this adventure und will keep this for a long time in memory. I highly recommend Thomas and will absolutely get back out on the water with him again anytime I’m back fishing in South Florida.

Our overall experience with Captain Thomas was terrible. He did little to no effort at engaging with his customers throughout the trip. This is extremely disappointing as my friends and I are doing this for our first time. One of my friends asked him if we were using live baits to catch fishes. His immediate reply was, “it was alive before”. And this is one of the many reasons why I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this Captain, especially if it’s your first time doing this.

We booked a trip for three people for six hours, The Capt. only purchased a half dozen bait fish for three people for six hours. I also feel the Capt. Was a bit reckless with the speed in which he operated the vessel. I didn’t feel safe at all. There was no safety briefing, I never saw a life jacket nor were we told to even find them in case of emergency. Overall not a pleasant experience.

I had bought a half dozen gogs and 1 1/2 dozen runners for a total of 140$ we had extra bait left I threw over the side in the way in. I’m a United States coastguard licensed captain. I’ve been running boats my whole life, when we went out it was flat calm there is no way 20knts is an unsafe cruising speed. When you guys boarded my vessel I told you the life jackets were under your seat and there is safety equipment mounted in plain site around the boat. I find it strange that you tipped me... More
