Overall

We took a family trip for my father’s 80th birthday with 12 kids and grandkids. Everyone caught fish and had a blast the captain and mate were awesome. Knew right where to go and were patient and kind to the younger ones. Highly recommend to use this boat/crew.

I realize it’s called “fishing,” not “catching” for a reason, but somehow we expected to catch more than 4 fish in 4 hours. With only 6 lines in, and only 5 actual bites to attempt to reel in, only half our party of 10 got the experience of actual reeling. After a previous 10 hour early morning charter, the captain was clearly not interested in providing a quality afternoon experience, circling only one general fishing spot for 2 hours and spending most of his time on his phone playing... Hello Nicole. I’m sorry you don’t recommend us. You booked a 2 hr sightseeing cruise, which I explained to you was not a fishing trip. Well before your trip. I gave you the option to make it our 4 hour fishing trip, and you declined. I even told you we would spend a little time trolling on your 2 hr cruise to see if any Spanish were on the beach, and you told me that the sightseeing cruise would be fine.. Your total for the trip should have been $550 since you brought... More

I gave you the option to make it our 4 hour fishing trip, and you declined. I even told you we would spend a little time trolling on your 2 hr cruise to see if any Spanish were on the beach, and you told me that the sightseeing cruise would be fine..
Your total for the trip should have been $550 since you brought 8 people, and you only paid $440 Shorting the Captain $110. I never said a word and let it slide. Next time state all the facts before you give someone a negative review.
