We had a great day out on the water with Lance. We booked the island hopping and fishing half day tour. We spent the first portion trolling for whatever we could off shore and our son caught a Spanish mackerel..that was it for a while so we switched gears with no luck. Captain Lance is easy-going, knowledgeable, and helpful. The day was cold and windy, and we didnt catch a lot, but he did everything he could to give us the opportunity. Hit lots of spots in the sound, made us feel comfortable and welcome, and gave us all the local insight. Helped us filet our fish and had it cooked right there at the marina for lunch. We had a great time and if we are in the area when the weather is better, we know who we will look up for some fishing!

Even though the season was winding down for Red Drum and Sheepshead, Capt. Lance Luke with Outcast Charters OBX knew exactly where to find them.  We caught 14 good sized Sheepshead and three Red Drum, one a citation fighter.  Capt. Fishing with Outcast on OBX Sound was an unforgettable experience, especially with my grandson. Captain Lance’s expertise and enthusiasm made the trip exceptional. We tried for some trout but then targeted sheepshead, and they didn’t disappoint! The boat was well-equipped, the scenery stunning, and the bonding time with my grandson priceless.
