Came out for my kids birthday. After a 30min ride to the spot we were on the fish as soon as we stopped. The current was rough but the boat was solid. I say that because we had to move a few times as we got pushed out of position but the Capt got us right back in the fight. We were only 2 shy of our limit which was great considering it was choppy. Captain Donnie provided a first rate day on the water.  All the equipment including the boat was in great condition and spotless.  Captain Donnie and his crew did everything in their power to get us on fish.  The crew was prompt and professional and made us feel comfortable while fishing.  We caught multiple species of fish.  We caught Trout, Flounder and Sheepshead .  We have used other charters and without naming names they do not compare to Team Vinson Charters.  My... It wasnt our day for a big payload. But it wasnt because due to any fault of the Captain and First mate Candace. They went above and beyond in time to give us every opportunity. Our 11yo son got most of the fishing action. Our other 9yo son was trying not to call Ralph. But we got some red snapper…..Very tasty…

We were booking last minute and got completely lucky with Captain Donnie’s availability. Relatively short (3 hour) near shore (less than 1-2 miles) trip, but Capt. Donnie got us on fish and, most importantly, kept us safe despite some awful weather. Highly highly recommend for this price point. 10/10.
