Don is very friendly and we chanced upon him one day before the actual day of fishing at the Pier. He makes sure that we know how to get to the Pier and guided us on the mode of transport to take so early in the morning to reach the Pier on time. There are 3 boys and 3 adults on this trip. We had a great outing with the Sole-man fishing for rockfish and lingcod. Although it was a little nautical going out of the bay and onto open waters, captain Don found the spot for catching lots of fish and for some calmer waters. The kids and I had a blast and that massive lingcod tasted fantastic last night!!! Thanks Don for a wonderful outing!!

Our group had a great time, the deckhand Hunter was the best. The Capt. Don put us on to fish and knew where the fish were, which resulted in landing some nice fish including a 25lb haibut The boat was clean and the equipment was in excellent shape. We would go with the Sole man again.Thanks again Don and Hunter we had a great time.
