I have fished with numerous guides in South Carolina and could not recommend a better guide than Nick. We landed 7 red fish over 35in. and hooked into a tarpon, which was a fight of a lifetime. He has top of the line rods and reels for whatever you’re looking to fish for, and knows the right areas to go go to. We had such a great experience we have already booked with him for next year.

Captain Nick was fantastic. He’s so patient and easy going, made sure everyone was having a fun time. We caught several fish, including an amazing flounder that he fileted for us, which made for a delicious dinner. I highly recommend booking a 4-hour trip with North Island Charters.

Weather was pleasant but super windy. In spite of this, Captain Nick put us on the fish. I hooked a 32” redfish(the biggest of my life! I’m 61)and we moved to another location and finished out the morning fish with a mess of speckled trout to bring home and grill for dinner. We caught lots of specs, but as always, they seem to be just under the keeper limit. We still had a great time and Captain Nick was very hospitable

Captain Nick worked hard to keep us on fish was fun to spend the day with, will definitely do it again with him.

What an experience! We booked the 4 hour pm trip with Nick. He is a great guy and took us to multiple spots. My son got to reel in the “monster” that he has been talking about for months now. Even though our trip was yesterday, we are already ready to book next vacation!
