Took another senior couple with us that had never been to Alaska. They were reluctant about going fishing but all that changed after going. Throughout the time leading up to the trip Brian was very prompt with replies, very thorough with details, and always pleasant and upbeat. Alaska Fish & Wildlife closed the season just before we went and Brian was quick to be in contact with us and willing to do whatever to accommodate our wishes.
