We booked a half day fishing tour with Kyle, and we had a blast! Kyle was very knowledgeable about all types of fish, what was edible and what wasn’t. He also had a great eye for bites on the rods, and his tips helped to keep our fish hooked till it got to the surface. I highly recommend fishing both in Ketchikan, and with Kyle.

We did not catch much fish as we were early in the season - Kyle was a great guide and very personable and knowledgeable. The beauty of Alaska was worth it and doing some fishing was the cherry on top. A memorable experience.

Kyle was great - very communicative ahead of the trip, made sure we knew how to get to and from the marina from the cruise ship.  We were fishing within 10 or 15 minutes from the dock, and had our first salmon on 5 or 10 minutes after that.  We kept the first 12 and released at least that many after.  The boat was really nice and well maintained, captain was fantastic.  Very personable, patient, and friendly.  We had a blast.
