We do apoligize about the way you feel but if were going to state facts please by all means lets state Actual facts.

First off

The young lady that was on the trip was not a deckhand nor did we ever say she was. She however is a part of our business in many aspects, advertising , logistics and etc. She was brought along to help any tension about that being your wifes first time wading. We have had many first time Ladies that are extremly nervous there first time and having another lady there present usually helps ease the nervousness of the expierence.

Second

I asked several times about your fishing gear before you came and you told me you had the correct gear for the trip that we were doing. Even though you told me you did I still brought a few extras just in case. Now you did not have the correct gear and I offered YOU several times my rods you told me and I quote “ I DONT LIKE SPINNING REELS OR BRAIDED LINE” . You had a backlash so bad on monofilament that I’m sure had to be cut out.

Third

My job is to find fish and help customers catch fish, your absolutely correct about that.  You sir had the wrong gear for the job. And if I’m not mistaken I helped your wife along with my logistics person more then you ever did. Your wife , amanda and myself were the only ones catching fish because of the proper gear.

Fourth

When I told you that you could go back to the boat to pick out a new rod, that was because you already expressed your opinions on the gear that I had. If I would have brought a spinning outfit, it wouldn’t have been good enough for you. If I brought another baitcaster it wouldn’t have been good because it had braid on it. And I had to ask several times to keep my reel out of the water and the request was ignored all morning. It was kept underwater most of the morning, I had to replace the reel after that day.

Fifth

We left trout biting because you wanted to go try to catch redfish. We could have stayed longer and helped you catch more trout but when I asked you jumped on let’s get out of there to catch reds. Cardinal rule - don’t leave fish to find fish.

And in trying to catch redfish we ran out of the allotted time.

I’m sure you intentionally left out all of these details out for some unknown reason. And if you care to take a look at the rest of my reviews I’m extremely great at my job. I rely on repeat customers to keep my business thriving. And if you were to wait one more day before this review I was going to offer a make up trip. I love keeping my customers happy and when we have bad or semi good trip, I do everything I can including a make up trip to make sure everyone leaves on a great note.
