Best around Robert is a professional and very nice .
Thanks Zackary, see you next time!
It was our first trip to Spain and first time fishing in the ocean. We caught a lot of fish (30-40) and a number of different species. The captain and first mate were great. I would highly recommend them. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
Thanks Ed, lots of Mahi Mahi, we had a grat day!
Unfortunately trip was canceled due to weather but the captain was very helpful and had great communication.
Had a great day with Captain Robert. Went on the 5 hr bottom fishing trip and caught too many fish to count. Red snapper, grouper, mackerelโฆ and the dreaded spiderfish. (Ask Capt. Robert about the time his mate tried to unhook a spiderfish.)
Hereโs why I really liked and respected Capt. Robert: 1) Safety first.ย The weather was iffy and he had his eyes on the radar and the sky the whole trip. Started us out at a spot not too far from port and only when the weather looked good did he move us further out. 2) He knows what he is doing. He knows how to read the sonar and he knows the fishing grounds. He wasnโt afraid to change techniques or move us to a new area to better our chances. 3) Heโs a really nice guy. He chatted with me and my wife throughout the trip. Great conversations but great periods of silence enjoying the natural beauty of the sea. Iโve charted fishing trips in many countries. Capt. Robert is among the best captains Iโve fished with.
