My son’s and I primarily fish for trout in southern Pa.. I was looking at boat rentals to get some crabbing in before the end of the season when I happened along Capt. Connor at Retriever Charters in Brigantine. I found many choices and finally settled on a 6 hr trip kicking around the bay. At Connor’s suggestion we started fishing for tog. It was action packed but sadly none were large enough to keep. We trolled for striper with no results and ended up carrying into schools of minnow for snapper blues. My youngest was lucky enough to catch one which made him the winner for the day. All in all, harvest wise the day was a bust. Connor made the day perfect for us. His knowledge and preparedness made the day seamless. He’s very personable and relaxed. We had a great time with Capt Connor and will charter with him again.

Put me on plenty of fish though the bite was off.  Other boats got nothing.  I will be back for new species!

We had a great experience with Captain Connor in the Bay on the four hour trip.  I was with my two sons ages 14 and 10.  Both had a great time.  We caught plenty of fish in each spot we tried including flounder, spots, small seabass, good size croaker, small shark, etc.  The boat ride was fun as well and scenery great.  Captain Connor is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk about fishing.  Highly recommended!

What a great day with Retriever Fishing Charter with Captain Connor Brown. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Connor new exactly the perfect spot. We caught a total of 40 fish, even though we didn’t have any keepers but close, it was a great day and lots of fun. Thank you Captain Connor. Definitely would recommend Retriever Fishing Charter
