Fantastic morning fishing with Captain Bobbie Crabtree for striped bass.  A short ride in comfortable 24 1/2 foot center console boat to a favorite hotspot and fifteen minutes after setting bait out we had landed our first fish.  Throughout the morning we needed to change position to locate schools of baitfish and Bobbie’s experience and knowledge soon had us back into the fish again.  Captain Bobbie was very pleasant and helpful, teaching first time fisherman how to successfully land striped bass.  During the morning, our party caught and released 20 striped and hybrid bass. In a one hour period we had numerous back to back hookups, sometimes doubles, our guide fervently working all the time to keep bait and lines in the water which attributed to our wonderful success.  I estimate the average size of fish ranged from 5-10+ pounds and some larger.  The largest striped bass measured 32 inches.  I highly recommend StriperXtreme for your next venture to Tennessee for striped bass fishing!  Tight Lines <)>

Well WE fished , 30 degrees !!!  tornado ,well strong winds !!  Sleet !  Hail ! Rain ! white caps !  That said Captain Bobby found us fish!! A large one for each in tough waters!  Our 15 yr old birthday boy caught a beautiful large Striper!  7 hook ups but lost 2 good ones. Only negative was the weather blew us off the water, We paid full price for 3/4 day and only got to fish til 11 am.  Not Bobby’s fault but 550 bucks was a lot for the actual on water time.  We are going to try Cherokee Lake in Summer for full experience

Captain Bobby was absolutely amazing I took my 10 yo granddaughter along with my son in law on a 5 hour morning fishing trip. Captain Bobby had us on Striped Bass within an hour of leaving dock. Within the first 2 hours we had three nice size fish which we kept and had for dinner.  When fishing slowed down at our first stop Bobby moved us to another location in which we fished for the balance of the 5 hours catching a total of 18 nice sized stripped bass and hybrids.  After the first 3 fish we just did a catch and release as the three fish was more the enough fish to feed 9 people. Bobby was absolutely fabulous in working with my granddaughter with showing and explaining what she need to do to bring the fish onboard.
