So If I understand correctly, we did everything we were suppose to but the fish did not cooperate which is why we got a terrible review. Fish don’t cooperate on every single trip especially with 20 deg weather which you knew when you booked. Looks like you enjoyed yourself though with our efforts. Steelhead fishing is about the experience and the beauty not how many fish end up in the boat. Probably should have not ran the trip with it being 20 deg as it is brutal on gear and it malfunctions in 20 deg weather but it was your only day. Had I know you were looking for big numbers I would not have suggested steelheading as a trip for you. Unfortunately we have no control over the weather. All we can do is give it our best effort every trip and hope the fish are biting. The Betsie has been fishing very good lately. Sorry it wasn’t for you. Thanks for booking!
