This was the best trip we had in a long time.  Very experienced fisherman, perfect boat, and loads of fun! We will come back again.

I have boated and fished throughout North America, and used charter captains in Canada, Alaska and numerous US locales.  Without question, there isn’t a better charter captain that I have experienced ANYWHERE!!!  When you go with Phil, it isn’t a boat ride…you catch fish.  His personality and care for the customer is so evident, that you really don’t want the experience to end!!  I have used him on numerous occasions now, and refuse to even try another.

Captain Pica was one of the best guides I have ever worked with. We had a great day fishing during a very hot day where the water temps were high. Despite the high temps, we still managed to help us land a Cobia, multiple sharks, and a lot of smaller fish my kids loved catching- all in under 4 hours! I highly recommend Captain Phil!
