Capt. Mike was very friendly and had extensive knowledge of the local waters and of the area we were visiting. We caught several different species and was well taken care. He showed up on time and had a livewell full of different types of bait so we were ready for anything that came our way. We had a great experience with Captain Mike. It was our first time visiting this part of Florida and we wanted to find some Reds. Knew it might be tough given the time of year and the heat, but after a bit of a slow start and some smaller ones, Captain Mike kept working and was able to put us on some nice ones, the biggest begin 29 inches. I planned this trip as a Christmas present to my husband. I’ve always enjoyed fishing but have never been the driving force behind going, and wasn’t expecting to love this trip as much as I did.
